Step 1: Receive Early Notification About a Project

Step 2: Express Your Interest
If a project catches your eye, let us know by responding to the email, calling, or texting. We’ll add you to our shortlist for that project and follow up as soon as we receive floor plans and price ranges—before anyone else.
Step 3: Early Preview Appointments
When the developer or marketing company opens the display center for early previews, we’ll schedule an appointment for you. During the preview, you’ll:
View a scale model of the building.
Explore detailed touchscreens with visuals, layouts, and amenities.
Get your questions answered by the sales manager.
Step 4: Bank Draft Requirement
For early VIP access, some developers may request a bank draft—typically for $10,000. This signals your serious interest in purchasing. At this stage:

After signing the purchase agreement, your 7-day rescission period begins. This is your opportunity to review the contract with your family, lawyer, or accountant. During this time:
